MEET KEVIN

I’m a UK-based Cycling and Triathlon Coach, and Level 3 
Personal Trainer with 20+ years in the fitness industry.

Also a former Category 1 cyclist representing Scotland internationally, regularly reaching the podium in multi-distance cycle races and events.

Over the years I’ve trained cyclists of all levels from beginner to professional, coaching cycling champions in almost every branch of the sport. So whatever you’re training for, I’ve got you covered, whether road racing, sportives, time trials, cyclocross, mountain biking, or just keeping up with the group 
ride chain gang!

ABOUT KEVIN

As well as cycling coaching, I’m also a busy dad and partner, so I get 
the challenges of balancing family and work life with training. It’s my 
job as your coach to do the thinking (so you don’t have to), and flex 
or adapt your programme whatever life throws.

As well as programming tailored cycling and strength sessions I’ll help you build the daily habits and routines that make you feel good, stay fit and focused to perform at your best for race day and beyond.
