I’m a UK-based Cycling and Triathlon Coach, and Level 3 Personal Trainer with 20+ years in the fitness industry.
Also a former Category 1 cyclist representing Scotland internationally, regularly reaching the podium in multi-distance cycle races and events.
Over the years I’ve trained cyclists of all levels from beginner to professional, coaching cycling champions in almost every branch of the sport. So whatever you’re training for, I’ve got you covered, whether road racing, sportives, time trials, cyclocross, mountain biking, or just keeping up with the group ride chain gang!
As well as cycling coaching, I’m also a busy dad and partner, so I get the challenges of balancing family and work life with training. It’s my job as your coach to do the thinking (so you don’t have to), and flex or adapt your programme whatever life throws.
